Meet the team
Charles has been a professional in the economic development sector for over 15 years. He has contributed to economic and financing initiatives at the federal, Quebec and Ontario levels, as well as in numerous Quebec municipalities. His expertise is based on his contribution to over 300 entrepreneurial projects throughout the province of Quebec, his mastery of financing programs and his contribution to the development of investment funds on behalf of the change agents who call on Fi3.
Having also worked as a political advisor for the Parliament of Canada, and thanks to his involvement at municipal and provincial levels, Charles also brings a specialized perspective in government and public relations to his role.
Julie Favreau is recognized for her mastery of ESG issues, her strategic vision and her unifying approach to stakeholders. She has worked on the revitalization of heritage buildings, major urban revitalization projects and the creation of Quebec’s first commercial real estate impact investment fund.
Julie Favreau is a lawyer, a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a degree in strategic management from Harvard University. She sits on the boards of the Women’s YWCA and Olympic Park.
Passionate about land use planning, real estate development and urban finance, Hicham works with promoters, investment companies, financial institutions, NPOs and public organizations to develop public policies and plan real estate projects. A graduate in urban planning from the Université de Montréal, his fields of expertise include the analysis and interpretation of financial, economic, demographic, land and sociological data.
Deeply committed to urban planning and with a master’s degree from the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Planning, Andréanne has over 10 years’ experience in social impact project management, business model analysis and financing, as well as strategic coordination.
Throughout her career, she has supported numerous project owners in real estate rehabilitation initiatives, promoting sustainable and innovative solutions. Her expertise in real estate consulting and project management is underpinned by a strategic and global vision, with a particular focus on aligning each project with the social, economic and environmental objectives of local communities.
Johanna Ménélas is a lawyer, member of the Quebec Bar, and holds a master’s degree in business law. With a multidisciplinary background and extensive experience in both private practice and corporate environments, she helps organizations structure their legal operations, negotiate contracts, manage corporate governance, and handle real estate transactions.
Passionate about projects that drive innovation and create impact, Johanna has a strong interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues. Through her various mandates, she has contributed to integrating ESG considerations into emerging and sustainable business models. Her legal expertise, combined with a strategic understanding of organizational dynamics, enables her to support complex projects while promoting a human and collaborative approach.
